Hi everyone! First, thanx to everyone who completed the poll to determine when we should hold our regular meetings and social nights. The most popular day-of-week choice was Wednesday, and the most popular week-of-month choice was the first week of the month.
So, the first Wednesday of the month, every other month it is! The regular meeting is from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, and is followed by socializing from 7:00pm onwards — it’s two separate events, so no-one is obligated to come to a boring business meeting just to be social.
Committee meetings can be held in the alternate months when there’s no regular WRGreens meeting. See https://wrgreens.ca/committees/ for a list of committees and the committee chairs.
So, the first Wednesday of November is next week, 7 November 2018!

We need a venue for our meeting and social night — I’m open to ideas! It should be somewhere quiet enough to hold the regular meeting, big enough for 10-15 people (or more!), and financially considerate for WRGreens of all income levels.
